Please follow these steps to apply to SIU

1. Fill in the application form below:  

2. Wait for SIU to send a Letter of Acceptance, with student ID, password, and all instruction to class registration, to your email, Facebook or Line application.  It will take about 1-5 working days to receive it.

3. You can start class registration after receiving Student ID.

4. After paying your class fee, you will receive links to online classroom. Please attend class as scheduled.  If you are absent from the class, you can watch the recoreded video later.
